Welcome to Search Console, an app designed to help you monitor and manage your website's Google Search Console data directly from your iPhone. By using this app, you agree to these Terms of Use (TOU). If you do not agree, please refrain from using the app.

1. Description of Service

Search Console provides:

• Performance Analytics: Track your website's search performance including clicks, impressions, click-through rate (CTR), and average position.
• Sitemap Management: Submit and monitor sitemaps with error tracking and status updates.
• Home Screen Widgets: Display key performance metrics on your iPhone home screen with customizable widget configurations.
• Multi-Property Support: Manage multiple websites and properties from a single dashboard.
• Date Range Flexibility: View data for various time periods including Last 7 Days, Last 28 Days, Last 3 Months, and Last 12 Months.
• Background Refresh: Automatic data updates to keep your metrics current.

The app requires authentication with your Google account to access Google Search Console data.

2. User Obligations

You agree to:

• Use the app only for personal or business purposes related to your own websites.
• Provide accurate Google account credentials and maintain the security of your account.
• Only access Google Search Console data for properties you own or have authorized access to.
• Comply with Google's Terms of Service and API usage policies.
• Not use the app to access unauthorized data or violate any third-party rights.

3. Privacy Policy

We take your privacy seriously. The app:

• Uses Google OAuth for secure authentication.
• Stores widget configurations and preferences locally on your device.
• Does not collect or store your Google Search Console data on our servers.
• Does not share your data with third parties.
• Collects basic analytics for app improvement purposes only.

4. Google Services Integration

This app integrates with Google Search Console API. By using this app, you also agree to:

5. Intellectual Property

All app design, code, and original content are owned by Search Console. You may not:

• Reproduce, modify, or distribute the app or its components.
• Reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code.
• Use the app's name, logo, or branding without permission.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Use the app to access data you are not authorized to view.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures or authentication systems.
• Use the app in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the app's functionality or servers.
• Use automated systems to access the app beyond normal usage patterns.

7. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The app offers auto-renewable subscriptions to access premium features:

• Weekly Subscription: Access to premium features with weekly billing cycle.
• Lifetime Purchase: One-time payment for permanent access to premium features.
• Price: As displayed in the App Store (varies by region)

Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Weekly subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel your subscriptions at any time by going to your account settings in the App Store. Lifetime purchases are non-recurring and provide permanent access.

8. Data Accuracy and Limitations

The app displays data provided by Google Search Console API. We do not guarantee:

• The accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of data displayed.
• Continuous availability of Google Search Console API services.
• That the app will meet all your specific requirements.

Data may be subject to delays or limitations imposed by Google's API.

9. Widget Functionality

Home screen widgets are subject to iOS system limitations:

• Widget refresh frequency is controlled by iOS and may vary.
• Widgets may not update immediately after data changes.
• Background refresh requires appropriate device settings and permissions.

10. Disclaimer of Liability

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Any decisions made based on data displayed in the app.
• Loss of data or business opportunities.
• Issues arising from Google Search Console API changes or outages.
• Device compatibility issues or iOS system limitations.
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to:

• Modify or discontinue features at any time.
• Update these Terms of Use with notice to users.
• Change subscription pricing with advance notice.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access for accounts violating these TOU. You may stop using the app at any time by:

• Deleting the app from your device.
• Revoking Google account access in your Google account settings.
• Canceling any active subscriptions through the App Store.
